Bruno Fernandes with his assist in the game has now provided 7 assists in his 6 Champions League appearances this season.

As such, he has now registered an assist in all six of his Champions League appearances this season at least two more than any other player in the competition.

He is now the first player in the history of the competition to achieve this remarkable feat for an English club thereby breaking the record held by legendary David Beckham for Manchester United since 1998.

He will now be hoping to keep his brilliant run of form going for the Red Devils in their next fixture, so as to continue their pursuit in the current campaign.
